First aparthotel for Falmouth brought to market

UK: MRP Group has announced the launch of Project Eden, an aparthotel development site in Falmouth, Cornwall.

Located in a central position, Project Eden will be developed to provide 19 units featuring a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments alongside ground floor office space. It will be the first serviced apartment development in the town.

The site provides views overlooking the Penryn River and natural harbour, and is in close proximity to the main road into the town.

MRP Group says Project Eden is perfect for leisure travellers looking to stay in a well connected and popular tourist destination in Cornwall.

"We are delighted to have been able to assist the owners Prosper Property, in successfully entering into exclusive heads of terms for the sale of this aparthotel development site," said Max Thorne, chief executive of The MRP Group. "The site is currently home to Cornwall Car Centre which will be demolished and replaced with the new three-storey development. Falmouth is a great location to serve both tourists and the professional market. Its central location on the main road into Falmouth also overlooks the river and marina. This is a fantastic opportunity for the town and the purchaser to be one of the first purpose-built aparthotels in a popular local market."
