Launched in 2017, Your Apartment plans to build on its portfolio of over 100 apartments in Bristol, with aparthotels in these three key cities.

The move follows the recent launch of the company's first boutique aparthotel in Bristol. It is currently looking at prospective sites with a mission to operate 10 aparthotels in major cities with strong business hubs and high tourism by 2023.

Your Apartment is looking for sites with a minimum of 20 units and will consider conversions or new-builds. London-based property advisors Strettons is providing support to find potential properties in London.

Charlie Guest, co-owner of Your Apartment, said: "We have seen the demand for central accommodation which allows guests to live in a city rather than just visit it. The decision to focus on these locations was based on the high demand for affordable, stylish accommodation, particularly for those travelling for business, and the lack of choice and flexibility available. The next five years will be very exciting for us as we continue to drive growth across the UK."
