Josef Caron is a seasoned hospitality leader with a focus on driving exceptional experiences and building high-
performing teams. Since joining the company in 2021, Josef has successfully led the implementation of a 24/7 managed services team, expanding the company’s presence in the UK by establishing operations in two new cities. His strategic focus on B2B development has resulted in substantial growth, doubling the company’s partnerships. 

Josef began his career with Accorhotels in France, gaining a well-rounded skill set across restaurant, kitchen, and hotel operations. His journey in luxury hospitality has taken him to Australia, New Zealand, and Vietnam, with his most recent hospitality experience at Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in Oxfordshire.

Now as Hospiria's Commercial Director, Josef is focused on scaling and supporting partner growth, maximizing portfolios, and delivering impactful solutions for clients.
