Appointed to the Middle East in 2004 after 10 years global experience in hospitality management and consultancy in London. Patrick was a pivotal key player in the growth of IFA Hotel and Resorts within the next 6 years. In 2010 Patrick launched the formation of a new property services business now known as Strive Services Group. Now 12 years old, Strive Services Group comprises of more than 20 Real Estate related services organized into four business divisions. The businesses comprise of Bespoke Property Management, Domus Managed Housing, Strive Facilities Management and Candoo Home Services. A Kuwait owned business with its operations based in Dubai, the Group provides fully integrated real estate services on a contract and consumer basis. The Group now employs more than 700 people and services over 100 contracts. Patrick currently leads the operational and strategic direction of the Group as COO.

In 1994, Patrick was one of 10 selected from more than a 1,000 applicants to further his education at the prestigious Five-Star Savoy Group in London in the highly regarded Hotel Management Training Programme. There he gained extensive experience within the workings of one of the world's top luxurious hotel groups. The hotels include Claridges, The Savoy, The Berkeley, The Connaught and The Lygon Arms in the Cotswolds. This provided a first class opportunity to work and learn at the top of his trade rather than follow a traditional trajectory of a university degree.

With his wealth of three decades of industry experience, Patrick continues to serve and grow the business with passion, drive and a Strive for Excellence.
