As the COO at Rove Hotels, I am responsible for launching and leading the region's most exciting lifestyle hospitality brand in a joint venture partnership between Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding.

With years of international experience across many markets, I have a proven track record of delivering for employees, guests, investors, and the community.

My core competencies include building great engaged teams, leadership, new business development, real estate, all aspects of hospitality, asset management and brand development.

We have grown the Rove brand from one hotel to over 7000 keys, open or under development, through a combination of owned, JV, and managed assets. Consistency outperforming commercially, we have also achieved over 70% team and guest net promoter scores, and secured multiple awards and recognition for the brand.
