With over 26 years of hands-on experience across Switzerland, the UK, and the UAE, Selim is a seasoned real estate asset manager and investor, specializing in institutional and commercial assets. Having begun their career in the hotel sector, Selim later expanded into managing and investing a diversified pool of direct and indirect real estate asset classes. Selim has an extensive experience working at real estate consultancies, with institutional investors, and developers. Selim has played a key role in setting up an amalgamated real estate and fixed income fund, overseeing fund managers, and successfully raising equity and debt capital for both funds and development projects in the UAE. Their deep understanding of the real estate market equips them to navigate today’s complex challenges, including budgeting in an environment of high interest rates and geopolitical uncertainty.
